I had the pleasure of meeting up with Christopher when he lived in NYC (hence the "NY" in his screen name). It was probably one of, if not the very first time I hired ANYONE. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous. But I explained that to him ahead of time and when I met him at his place, he was considerate of that and made me feel at ease.
