Connor kept rescheduling the appointment. We had committed to a 2 hour time frame, but he barely made it for an hour and 20 minutes. He seemed distracted for much of the time, taking calls, messages, etc. Very unprofessional. He thinks he is God's gift to maleness. He isn't.

I am an extreme weight loss subject. I was fat then thin then fat then thin all growing up due to genetics. Finally my love of weights kicked in right after i graduated college in 2006. I was over 400 lbs and 46% bodyfat. after very intense dedication i lost 189 lbs of fat and got down to 9% bf, fluctuated between 9- 17% for last couple years but settling in at 11% bodyfat now.
