• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  I find myself in a new city nearly every weekend, soaking in diverse cultures and landscapes and once or twice a year, I venture further abroad for a deeper exploration to different countries. When I'm not journeying, I deeply appreciate the tranquility of my own home, a place to recharge before the next adventure. So while I love the thrill of travel, I equally value the serenity of being at home."
• What makes you stand out from the crowd?
  Passion! I put my whole heart into everything I do. This intensity and dedication not only drives me to produce high-quality results, but also brings a unique energy to every situation I'm in including making love.

  Good food, traveling, sex, good wine, love.
• What do you do for fun?
  I love learning about new things, especially when it comes to real estate. I'm particularly interested in flipping houses, and I spend a lot of my free time reading up on this topic. I also enjoy playing chess, cycling, hitting the gym and every opportunity to go to the beach."
• What are your greatest personal traits?
  My greatest personal traits include my extroverted nature, ability to work independently, and my knack for organization. I am often seen as a role model by my family due to these qualities. Furthermore, I have a deep appreciation for diversity and believe in accepting everyone's unique perspectives and experiences.
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  I'm a firm believer in balance, enjoying a variety of foods and the occasional glass of red wine. I don't adhere to a strict diet, but I stay mindful of my weight and adjust accordingly. Thanks to good genes, I've been fortunate in maintaining my health

  Born into a humble, hardworking family, I've learned the value of resilience from the ground up. This journey has instilled in me an unwavering determination, a deep appreciation for every opportunity, and a profound respect for diversity and all walks of life.
