THE GUY IS A THIEF - AVOID!

We met as agreed. He stood beside me in the room and watched as I transferred to him the $350 we had agreed on. And then whilst I was briefly out of the room, he sneaked out without saying anything, and without providing the service we had agreed on.

He then ghosted me - ignored messages and calls, and gave no explanation. Eventually the next day he responded to one of my messages, saying that he was waiting for the transfer to appear in his account, and as soon as it did he would transfer it back (still no explanation or apology for his behaviour). Later that night he admitted the money had appeared, said he would transfer it back. Still later he messaged me and said he was having trouble with his bank, and could he give me cash, so we arranged a very specific place & time to meet - he neither showed up nor messaged to offer any explanation.

Since then I've had a couple of really vague messages promising that "it will be sorted", but it still hasn't been and there's still no explanation why he behaved this way in the first place. Be warned - this guy will steal your money and provide nothing in return.
