  • What is your ‘niche’?
Playing the good boy, you'd never expect.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I try to run it. ha.
    In under 7.
    I'm a runner.

    I forgive myself.
  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I do the right thing. And I'm not here to waste your time or mine.
  • What do you do for fun?
    Work. Squat. Play. Repeat.
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
In LA? - My lack of ego.

I think often times clients are intimidated by their ***. The ***'s body or persona. And it limits them to having fun. I make things comfortable for them by meeting them where ever they're at. Accepting that and encouraging whatever fun there is to follow!

    I try to listen too.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
Selflessness. I try to stay authentic.

People feel comfortable around me which leads to more fun.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
Not often, but when I travel I try to travel alone. Nothing really holds you back that way, I feel. You never know.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
Music. Cardio. Chocolate. Sex. And meditation. I'm flexible. In every way.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
I explore in my spare time.

Yoga. Work out. Beach. Boardwalk. Drink. Dance. Meet people. I play Sonic Dash.

I wanna get into making model homes, rockets, planes, cars, towns, etc. And I want to take pole dancing classes.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
One of my fondest memories of life was visiting Paris, alone, for 10 days on my 24th birthday. It was absolutely gorgeous but I was afraid I would not get to see the entire city.

But. I was going for a run early in the morning and of course, I got lost. I kept up my jog until I saw this huge race with crowds and crowds of people cheering on the runners. Feeling spontaneous already drenched in sweat, I jumped in! What the hell. No number, no bib or whatever. Amongst hundred of runners. And I remember thinking, "must be a 5k or 10k, nothing crazy. Right?"

Well it turned out to be the Marathon de Paris, and I had entered at mile 15. So I kept up a good pace and passed a whole lot of people. And grabbed some water cups and orange slices at the water stations as I ran. And believe it or not, without any prior marathon training... I finished the entire race.

And here I was, worried I would not get to see the entire city. Turns out I ran every single corner there was to tread. I saw everything.
    : )

Taught me that you won't always know what life is going to throw ahead of you, but with a positive attitude and a little courage you can do anything you put your mind to.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I do my best to hit 7 miles of HHR cardio a week. Metabolic, High-Heart-Rate training is my absolute favorite. Then Interval Training. Then Muscular Endurance, low weight high reps. Then stability/balance. Then tightening and toning. AND THEN Hypertrophy and maximal strength exercises. Only recently have I really started lifting heavier for muscle gain. Power and full body calisthenics will come. I need to sweat. If I am not sweating it's a BS work out.

Yoga changed my life. - I don't care to "get big" I care to have a functional, flexible, toned, and intelligent body.

    Diet:
    DAILY Caloric Intake comprises of,
    Carbohydrates 45-65%
    Protein 20-40%
    Fat 10-30%

I drink water. Alot of it. Around 104oz a day. And I like to train my friends.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
    I love dogs.

All my friends make fun of me for stopping everything I am doing to play with random dogs that passes us. haha. My first dog died in my arms having her final epileptic seizure after 14 beautiful years together. So there will always be a warm spot in my heart for a loyal pooch.

I want a Viszla or Lab but need to make more money to afford the dogs life and health adequately.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
    I respect natural beauty.

I don't tend to talk about myself, it's egotistical. We're all in this together. I'll answer questions if you have them always.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
I am young and bold but sensible and respectful. Expect a refreshing energy and direct personality. And my a ss is bomb. haha
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
My friendliness. My energy. My ability to meet anyone at anytime no matter what and offer them my honest and compassionate self. To get ahead put others first.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
    Music. Fitness. Sex. Sun. Love.
