Arrived . Requested payment. I did bank transfer and PayPal payment. Showed as received. He claimed it did not. And ask me to leave. He promised to refund my money if it arrived in his account. My bank has confirmed he received the funds. Several calls and mgs have been ignored. He has now blocked me on what’s app. Basically he is a thief!
